I offer my packages on a sliding scale, select the tier that most accurately represents your current financial position. I also offer payment plans.

Please do not let finances be a barrier to getting the support you want, drop me a message and I will see if I can find a way for us to still work together.

Am I the right doula for you?

Initial meeting

Before we agree to work with one another, it is important that we meet to make sure we are the right fit for each other. I like to meet potential clients in a neutral setting such as a cafe or coffee shop where we can have a slice of cake and an informal chat about your wants and needs.

After this meeting I'll send over some more information to you, and give you time to make a decision as to whether you would like us to work together. If you do decide you would like me to be your doula, I will then send you over a contract and an invoice.

There is no fee or commitment for this meeting.

Standard offerings

Antenatal sessions

As a Continuum Doula, I offer 6 antenatal sessions as standard, this gives me time to build a relationship with you, and also with your birth partner or your other children if applicable.

In these antenatal sessions we will go through any previous experiences of pregnancy, birth and/or loss you may have had, as well as any other information you feel relevant to share, this could include religious, medical or cultural beliefs.

Together we will explore the physiology of birth, the stages of labour and create a detailed birth plan:

  • where you want to give birth i.e. hospital, birth centre or at home

  • different types of births and how you feel about them

  • pain management

  • who you would like present at your birth

  • the contents of your birth bag

  • comfort, relaxation and massage techniques for labour

  • what you would like to do with your placenta

  • feeding choices

We will also look ahead to the postnatal period and start planning for how I can best support you after baby has arrived.

Price per hour: £20 / £25 / £30 - Please see sliding scale page for more information.

Labour and birth package

If you want me present during your birth, I will be on call from 37 weeks until baby arrives and will try and be available if you go into labour before this point.

We will have also have had 6 antenatal sessions beforehand to build a relationship and discuss birthing preferences etc.

I can support you at home, at a birthing centre or a hospital as an extra set of hands and eyes for you and your birth team, joining you at whatever stage of labour you feel you need me.

As birth support I will be on hand to rub your shoulders, mop your brow, advocate for you, hold your hand, and ultimately help to create and protect your space while you are giving birth.

Prices: £1700 / £1900 / £2100 - Please see sliding scale page for more information.

Postnatal sessions

Similarly to my antenatal offering, I provide 6 postnatal sessions as part of my Continuum Doula approach. During this time I will be on hand to hold space for you as you take the first steps on this new parenting journey, supporting you if you come up against any hurdles, and celebrating any and all milestones.

The postnatal period is different for each person, as such my postnatal offerings can be tailored to meet your specific needs.

Additional extras

Last minute doula support

Life, pregnancy, and birth can often be unpredictable and you may decide that you need additional support at the end of your pregnancy or in the postnatal period that you hadn't previously anticipated. Don't worry. If this is the case, I would love to sit down with you over a cuppa, have a conversation and see if I have capacity to support you.

Fees will be discussed after our initial conversation.
